Holiday Hunt Packages

Our holiday hunting packages are open to adults, kids, and business teams of all skill levels, just come with the desire to have fun! Located in Tracy City, Tennesse, our vast property offers the best bird hunting spot for quail and chukar in East Tennessee. Our November 1 to April 1 season features 5 hunting packages ranging from $50 to $4800. Book soon because special discounts are available for a short time and space is limited.

Limited Space Available – $100 deposit per gun (will go toward price). Dogs and guides are included. Sales tax not included.

Our holiday hunts include 5 packages, each with customized options. Choose between a half or full-day hunt, up to a 12 person ground, corporate holiday hunt with dinner and a 1 night stay at our beautiful Farmhouse Cabin, along with more. Our season runs from November 1st through March 31st.

Reserve your holiday hunt early as the winter season books fast and the special discounted pricing (up to $1600 off) is only available for a limited time!

  • Want to add more birds to your package? Additional birds can be purchased.
  • Need cleaning services for the harvested birds? We can clean your birds for $3/Quail, $5/Chukar, $8/Pheasant.
  • Don’t have a shotgun? We provide shotgun rentals. Plus, additional ammunition when available.
